    - Perry S.

Dear Friend,

Of course you want to understand and cope with your emotions in a healthy way.  And when you're in emotional pain you want to know how to let go of it and feel happy again.  But you may have tried  many times to do these things and still just don't know how.  You just want to cope with your feelings well,  and when you are in pain you want to know how to feel better.

That’s where I come in. My name is Linda Belliveau.   I'm president of   Peak Emotional Intelligence Associates. Although I've been a counselor for twenty-five years,  I was once in your shoes.  I grew up with deep pain inside from a childhood trauma.   Back then, I didn't have the right emotional self-help tools to cope with it.  I just wanted it to go away so I could move on.  I wanted so much to feel happy at that time but didn't know how.

Although I felt this way, something I came to know later as my "natural emotional intelligence" was guiding me to find tools to help me understand and cope with those feelings. My life began to change.  Yes, that’s all it took.    And learning these same emotional self-help tools can work for you, too.

I know, because it's worked for thousands of people just like you.   Don’t just take my word for it, please check out these examples.    (These real-life stories have been used with permission.   The names and details have been changed to protect confidentiality).

Diane had lost her child.  She felt a grief deeper than any she had ever known.   But then she found an emotional self-help system and learned how to understand and cope with her  feelings.  She began to let go of her emotional pain and move on.  In time she was able to make peace with her loss and lead a happy and productive life again.

Steven suffered on and off from  depression which had deepened when he and his wife divorced. He felt like a soldier who had returned from the battle of the sexes carried in on his shield.   But by learning some emotional self-help tools to understand and cope with his feelings began letting go of his emotional pain and move on.  In time his depression began to lift.  He took steps in a new direction, and kept at it until he changed his life.  Eventually he entered another committed relationship, and a a golden era in his life.

Anna was physically and sexually abused as a child.   She was overweight, in emotional pain, and had few good adult relationships.
Needless to say she was very unhappy.
She wanted a normal life, but did not know how.  When she learned some emotional self-help tools, she started to learn how to let go of the emotional pain from her past and move on,  she literally felt as though her life had been saved.  Through a strong commitment to her own growth, she came to function quite well in spite of her past difficulties.   Anna now has a good intimate relationship, and a steady job that she loves.   For the first time in her life, Anna is truly happy.

No matter what you've gone through, or are going through now, you too can learn to understand and cope with your feelings, overcome your emotional pain, and find happiness.

Emotions Made Easy Is Here

Part of the problem is that most people were never really  taught much about emotional self-help and how to cope with their feelings in a healthy way - especially their emotional pain.  That means that most people tend to believe  three myths that most of us learned growing up.

Here are the three biggest myths about coping with your feelings and emotional pain that will not help you cope with it.

  1. The first one is that that you should simply shake off any feelings you have and  "get over it."   If you knew how to do this, wouldn’t you have done it by now?
  2. The second one is that talking about your emotional pain will make it go away. This works some of the time for some people. But, if talking alone was an effective way to cope with all of your emotions,  would you be reading this right now?
  3. The third myth is that time heals all wounds. If it does, why are so many people carrying unhealed emotional hurts from years ago?

Wouldn’t you agree that it’s unrealistic to think you’ll get different results if you keep doing the same thing over and over? If I keep touching a hot stove and keep getting burned, I’d be silly to keep doing that.

That’s why I think you should try something different…

Here Is How
Emotions Made Easy
Can Help You Start Undertanding And
Coping With Your Feelings Today

I've written an emotional self-help book with Neil Friedman, Ph.D., called Emotions Made Easy: Understand And Cope With Your Feelings.   It's a step-by-step guide which helps you learn simple emotional self-help tools to find, feel and cope with your emotions.

It’s different than anything else on emotional self-help I’ve seen. This information was culled from over sixty five joint years of work experience by myself and Dr.Friedman, a Harvard- trained clinical psychologist.

It’s based on our experiences counseling clients in our private practices, and working with thousands of people in a nationally-attended emotional self-help- workshop called Opening the Heart.  It's also draws from our own personal experiences in life.

Find The Emotional Genius Inside Of You

Here are a few of the breakthrough ideas on emotional wellness and emotional self-help inside our book:

  • There is an emotional genius inside of you even if you do not know it.
  • When you fully feel  your feelings they will often change.
  • Your emotions are found in your body, not in your head. Talking is often not the best way to cope with your emotions.
  • Emotion is “energy-in-motion”,  and that is part of the secret of how to cope with it in a healthy way.
  • The very emotional pain that brought you down, can also push you back up into a happy and extraordinary life.

So – what is the cost of this precious resource?

Before I tell you, let’s do a quick comparison. The standard out-of out of pocket cost for an hour of therapy in many places is up to one hundred and fifty dollars or more.  If you are part of an HMO your cost is less, but the time and money still add up.

You could also go to a seminar or buy a tape set or book, and the cost of these things can range from ten dollars up to several hundred dollars.  Yet many of these things may not be effective in helping you learn how to understand and cope with your feelings and find happiness.

Emotions Made Easy: Understand And Cope With Your Feelings is a rare find. It is a precious map to help you find true and lasting treasure.   The Emotions Made  Easy emotional self-help  system is available to you immediately as a downloadable e-book directly accessible from the Internet to your PC on both Mac and Windows formats.

Because I have no inventory or fulfillment costs,  I can charge you less than of what you’d pay for one counseling session with Dr. Friedman or I.  Therefore, your total investment for Emotions Made Easy: Understand And Cope With Your Feelings is just $29.95.

To not know how to cope with  your emotions can be  debilitating.  To learn effective emotional self-help tools which help you do this and feel good again is a pearl of great price.

Dr. Friedman and I have dedicated many years of our lives to helping people start learning an emotional self-help in order  to cope with their feelings and let go of their emotional pain.    If you order right now, you will help us meet our goal of sharing this information with as many people as possible.  In exchange, we would like to give you some free gifts.

Questions & Answers
With Linda Belliveau, B.Ph.
& Dr. Friedman
Peak Emotional
Intelligence Associates

Question:My husband recently left me, and I'm in alot of pain. I need emotional self-help! How do I deal with my emotions?

Answer: Everyone goes
through loss at one time or another. You are not alone, and your natural emotional intelligence is leading you to reach out for help.

To heal, you first have to empty your cup of the bitter emotions from what life has just given you.

After you do, there will be room for the new and sweet things that life can send. To learn how to do this, read Chapters One -Five in our emotional self-help book, which are about how to understand and cope with your emotions, as well as how to let go of emotional pain and move on.

Specifically, read Chapters Four and Five of our book, entitled "Learn To Let Your Emotions Flow", and "Letting Go Of Past Pain And Moving On".

Question:
My wife says I'm not in touch with my emotions. She wants more intimacy. I love her deeply, but am not sure what to do.

Answer: Only a sensitive person who is at least somewhat in touch with his emotions  would even ask this question.

However, it's possible you have a different style of doing this than your wife.

If you are in touch with your emotions,
your wife may need to learn to accept you as you are.

But if you agree with her,  you could learn some emotional self-help tools to learn how to access your emotions.

Read Chapter Two of our book - "How Your Emotions Work".  Then, Chapter Three, "How To Find Your Feelings." You'll learn a reliable way of contacting your emotions.

Lastly,  intimacy in a relationship is not always based on doing things the same way, but on respect for differences and compromise.

Question: I don't know why I feel so bad about myself. I can't do anything right.  I feel I'm a loser and will never succeed in life.  I don't know what my problem is. Where do I start?

Answer: You must start from where you are. You've  shown your natural emotional intelligence in assessing your problems. Bad feelings about oneself are usually caused by either unresolved hurts, or by self-defeating mental habits. Both can be changed.

To resolve your hurts, first learn the emotional self-help tool of looking inside and finding those feelings. To do this  read Chapter Three of our book, "How To Find Your Feelings".

Then, after you have found your hurts, you must release them, so you can heal. In Chapter Four "Learn To Let Your Emotions Flow" and Chapter Five "Letting Go Of Past Pain And Moving On", you will learn how to do this, so that your past does not shape your future.

Lastly, we recommend you get a good book that teaches you to think more positively and move towards the life you want.

There are many, but our favorite is "The Power Of Positive Thinking" by Dr. Norman Vincent Peale.

Question: I have a mysterious and kind of embarassing " problem". I long for something beyond the ordinary, hum- drum of life.

I don't know what I am searching for, so I don't know where to find it. Am I going crazy?

Answer: Your natural emotional intelligence is intact, and is leading you forward. There is something beyond the everyday hum drum of life and you're not crazy to want to experience it. You're wise.

There are many ways to do this. The way we most often use is this.

First, clear your emotions.  In the first part of our book you will learn how to do this.

Second, clear your mind. Read Chapter Six of our book, "A Clear Mind" for help in doing this.

Once you have cleared your emotions and your mind, you will more easily be in touch with your natural emotional intelligence.  This is a deep emotional reservoir that each person has.  It is not reflected by  how emotionally intelligent or unintelligent we are in our daily life.  To read more about this, please read Chapter Seven called "Emotions Made Easy: Setting A Positive Course For Life."
